  Hello followers,  Today at Transition Services we made sushi. The ingredients we used were sushi rice, green seaweed, fried tofu, spam fish, tuna, imitation crab, avocado, long skinny cucumber, green onions, scrambled eggs, and fish eggs. The rolls I made had eggs and green onions. My best friend AJ made hers with fish eggs, cucumber, avocado, and salmon. Tziki's

Tziki's was a very good restaurant. It has a very good atmosphere, there are pretty pictures on the walls, it has very good food, it's small, it's simple, it's not far from our house, and it has very good costumer service. I went there this year on Spring Break with my grandma, and I got the Gyros plate, and Root Beer.
